CONDO
is the latest project for this New York City based group of artists
and musicians. Bringing together influences as varied as the Stone
Roses and Cal Tjader, their music is tiger-hearted yet dreamy post-punk
pop. People hear in CONDO the echoes of early Roxy Music-or even
late Fugazi- with a powerful rhythm section fit to strikingly melodic
keyboards and guitar, all highlighting percussive vocals dripping
with attitude.
